Ryan's Hotel, Cong was recently purchased by Denis Lenihan and Mike Crowe who
share a 20 year long partnership as executive and head chef at the world renown
Ashford Castle Hotel. We are situated on Main Street, Cong and the river is
directly to the rear of the hotel.

warm, friendly and homely atmosphere, and is ideally situated in the picturesque
and historic village of Cong in the heartland of Connemara.

offer. Our Hotel is made up of 3 historic buildings with the main entrance of
the hotel flanked on the right by 'The Crowes Nest Pub' and to the left by 'The
Fennel Seed Restaurant'

With 20 years experience in 5 star
fine dining cuisine our restaurant offers only the best in local produce, fresh
seafood, poultry and dairy are served daily. An extensive a la Carte Dinner menu
is available and also our Table d 'Hote Sunday Lunch menu.
Our chefs here have previously featured in both TV and magazines in Ireland,
Europe and America for example 'Great Chefs of The World' The TV series and
distinction magazine and Denis was also the first chef in Europe to feature on
the front page of the 'Saveur' magazine. These are among many more TV
commercials and publications. |
